Draft Uniform Standards Under PSC Review

The uniform standards listed below are drafts that the Product Standards Committee is currently reviewing before making a recommendation to the Management Committee.  These uniform standards have not been issued for public comment by the IIPRC Management Committee or the Product Standards Committee.  The drafts are posted for informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current drafts under review or all of the uniform standards under review. 

The NAIC’s National Standards (EX) Working Group as the original drafters of the uniform standards have additional drafts of potential uniform standards available on their web site as well. Drafts published for comment by the Product Standards Committee will continue to be distributed with public meeting notices and posted on the IIPRC Event Calendar.

Drafts that have been recommended to the Management Committee are available on the Rulemaking Docket for public comment.
