Expedited Review Queue is Expanding
We heard your requests, and effective November 1, 2025, we are expanding the expedited review queue to include the following filing types and product forms:
- Group Life filings. Please note we will complete form reviews within 10 business days of submission. All other service levels remain as stated in the published guidance.
- Application-only filings for long-term care insurance and individual disability income insurance.
These filings are subject to the maximum form count of 10 forms per filing. For additional information regarding the expedited review program, please visit the Industry Resources page of the Insurance Compact website.
