We want to wish you a very happy and safe Thanksgiving. The Compact Team is thankful for the many dedicated professionals in our filing companies with whom we are always happy to work with before and after submitting a Compact filing, to answer questions, work through issues, and achieve product approval. Thank you for your continued commitment in making the Insurance Compact the premier solution for state-based regulatory approval of asset-based insurance products.

The Insurance Compact Office will close starting at noon ET on Wednesday, November 26th and resume filing operations on Monday, December 1st in observance of Thanksgiving. During this time, the Compact Office will put the Expedited Review Process on a small break with requests being acknowledged early next week.
