The Insurance Compact has received numerous questions about how the Uniform Standards apply to forms and other submissions related to the COVID-19 pandemic and changes in the economy. In response, we have created a dedicated resource on the Insurance Compact website: /covid-19-resources.htm.

This page of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) provides an overview and resource for the purpose of assisting filers in understanding the applicable requirements of the Uniform Standards and filing processes. The FAQ will be updated regularly as events continue to develop.
