Adding New Compact Email to Safe Senders List
The Insurance Compact has made some changes to the Pre-Filing Communication process. We have started using JIRA as a way to track the requests received and their applicable replies.
You may have noticed a new email address on the replies you are receiving to your request. You will recognize the name of a Compact Team member responding via email. However, please note the specific sending email address is generic as highlighted here:

We have heard from a few filers that a response is not being sent to their Pre-Filing Communication. We attribute this to the new email address and would ask you to ensure jira_no_reply@naic.org is marked for your organization as a safe sender.
The Insurance Compact Office will be closed Monday, September 5th in observance of Labor Day. We will resume normal operations on Tuesday, September 6th.
