Compact Help Desk FAQ

Following up on the Weekly Tip we issued on June 13th, the Compact Office wanted to further address asking questions of the Compact Team. As we stated then, we appreciate and welcome all questions.

The Compact Office has launched a new FAQ specifically for Help Desk related questions. The Help Desk FAQ is located on the Industry Resources page, specifically under the header of Filing Assistance. Here you will find the Pre-Filing Communication Form as well as a way to reach out to the Compact Help Desk and a general Compact FAQ.

If you are confused as to which category your question falls under, keep this in mind, the Help Desk is for technical support related to the completion of the filing – e.g updating the SOI or adding a state. Pre-Filing communications was designed to address more detail-oriented questions related to the Uniform  Standards and the interpretation of those Standards.
