The Compact will accept for reference  - not for review - supplemental information in Compact filings as documentation in connection with state-specific disclosures and other requirements.

This refers to point-of-sale and other types of disclosures, illustrations and advertisements, other than those falling under the long-term care uniform standards.

Please do not submit this type of material under the Form Schedule tab. A company may provide the material on an informational basis under the Additional Supporting Documents tab. This material is not reviewed for approval by the Compact and will be marked "Received" and made public upon disposition.
