Interactive Checklists for Group Annuity Uniform Standards Now Available!
Is your company working on group annuity filing submissions? We have good news for you ? the Group Annuity Uniform Standard Checklists are now available on the Insurance Compact Record.
As a refresher, the checklists are exact replicas of the Uniform Standards, reformatted as a table with each requirement corresponding to a separate check box. These are the same checklists that the Product Review Team uses to review the product filing submissions for compliance with the Uniform Standards. While the Insurance Compact does not require the checklists to be submitted, we strongly encourage all filers ? from the most experienced to the most novice ? to review and utilize the checklist when creating a product filing submission.
