Kansas City (Feb. 6, 2023) – The Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission (Insurance Compact) has launched its refreshed and updated website. New features have been added to enhance user experience, including dedicated Committee pages, easier access to upcoming meetings and events from the homepage, and streamlined mobile access. The website redesign project is a deliverable from the Insurance Compact Compass 2020-2022 initiative.

“We redesigned the website with our users in mind, facilitating easier navigation to relevant information for members and regulators, company filers or interested stakeholders.” says Karen Z. Schutter, Executive Director. “We heard and incorporated feedback from focus groups and our members, including adding more search capabilities, reorganizing the homepage, and providing simple layouts and explanations. I am excited for Compact members and users to explore the new website.”

Users can still access the website using the previous hyperlink: https://www.insurancecompact.org. However, as part of the migration process, most other hyperlinks from the former website have changed, so any previously favorited webpages will no longer work. The Compact Office encourages users to resave favorited hyperlinks to their browsers to ensure quick retrieval of important information.

The Insurance Compact Office is very pleased with the excellent work of its vendor, Gravity Works, a Lansing, Michigan-based company. Gravity Works worked diligently to understand all areas of the current website and propose a site map and layouts that maximized functionality and the user experience.
