New Foreign Language Checklist
This week, the Insurance Compact Office is releasing a new tool for filers - the Foreign Language Translation Checklist.
While the submission requirements for a foreign language translation are outlined in the Operating Procedure for the Filing of Certifications for Foreign Language Translations for Product Filings, the new checklist is a concise, interactive form in which filers can ensure all required information is properly submitted when a filing is reopened for a foreign language translation.
