We have noticed a significant number of new filers to SERFF and Compact. We look forward to working with you! This week we are highlighting resources for new filers so that you can submit a filing seamlessly and help remove some of the guesswork. 

If you visit our website and select the Industry Resources tab, you will find a treasure trove of helpful information like the Filing fee Schedule – both the Compact and State, Mix and Match, Filing Information Notices (FINS), and Webinar Recordings. Some of the most helpful tabs are the:

• Resources for New Filers- you will find a First Time Filer Checklist along with links to SERFF filing access.
• Creating a Compact Filing- you will find step-by-step instructions on how to create a Compact Filing and a Best Practices Checklist. You will also find our Pre-Communication Form to help resolve product questions before submitting the filing.
• Filing Reference Materials- contains adopted and available Uniform Standards and TOI matrix.
