Filings eligible for expedited review were expanded effective November 1, 2025.  The published expedited review process documentation has been updated accordingly to reflect the additional filing types eligible for expedited review. You can access the information on the Expedited Review Process section of the Industry Resources page of the Insurance Compact website.   For your convenience, you can access the documentation here .  

Make sure to check out the new Appendix A at the end of the Expedited Review Instructions for a table summary of expedited review eligible products, form count limitations as well as form review and actuarial review service levels.  For your convenience, the link to Appendix A can be accessed here.
