This week, the Insurance Compact Office is releasing a new tool for filers - the Foreign Language Translation Checklist.

The Insurance Compact Office has a new member on the Team ? Susan Ezalarab. Susan joined the Team from the Wisconsin Department of Insurance as the Regulatory Coordinator Consultant.

The Insurance Compact would like to advise company filers that the $17 SERFF transaction fee should not be entered as Compact or state filing fees. Only the fees due to the Compact and the states included on the filing should be entered on the individual fee lines. 

The Pre-Filing Communication process is a tool for filers to use when determining if the Compact is able to review certain forms or product features or questioning how to achieve compliance on specific uniform standard requirements.
